How the Blockchain and Steem Could Revolutionize the Film Industry (Part1 - The Problem)

In this new Vlog series, I explore how the blockchain is primed and ready to revolutionize the film industry. Specifically, I'll be making the argument that Steem is in the best position to break up the heavily centralized film / TV and social network industries and how they might interact during that change.
In this episode, I lay out the problems I think the blockchain are in a good position to change.
I'm also going to be discussing how Steem can help artists and filmmakers can take advantage of the road like infrastructure the Steem blockchain provides for media and social networking.
I haven't released this to YouTube yet, so if anyone here has some thoughts or suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
