Gary Vaynerchuk: 5 Lessons learned from his videos

Hoping they are well and with faith and hope to improve.
Thanks to an image shared by my friend @Nathanmars, which led me to inquire more about a person. Today I bring you a video where I introduce you to Gary Vaynerchuk, this man is a digital marketing guru, he started his career with a video blog where he talked about wines, with this he was able to increase the profits of the family business by 1900% (from $ 3 million to $ 60 million). Thanks to this success he later became a professional speaker, being invited to many multitudinous events where he shares his experiences, being of inspiration to many young people and adults.
This week I was watching several of his videos and recordings. I thought they were great, he's a happy and spontaneous person.
From all this I read and saw, I was able to get 5 tips that will serve us in and out of steemit.
These good advices are:
1 Strengthen relationships: all the people with whom you relate in some way, are important, take care of this relationship and feed it with bonds of cooperation, respect and love.
2 Act on what you are really good at: you have many qualities and talents that are your great strength, if you have already identified them, take action and use this potential in favor of your goals and at the service of others.
3 Dream in BIG: Do not put limits to your dreams, put yourself in action, have great faith and little by little you will be closer to see your dreams come true.
4 Enjoy more of the important things: They are almost always the small details of life, enjoy the process, enjoy your family, friends and everything you do.
5 Be grateful: with each one of the people who in some way have reached out to you, and have supported you in some circumstance of your life.

Gracias a una imagen compartida por mi amigo @Nathanmars, lo que me llevó a indagar más sobre una persona. Hoy les traigo un video donde les presento a Gary Vaynerchuk, este hombre es un gurú del marketing digital, empezó su carrera con un video blog donde conversaba sobre vinos, con esto pudo incrementar las ganancias de la empresa familiar en un 1900% (de $3 millones a $60 millones). Gracias a este éxito luego se convirtió en conferencista profesional, siendo invitados a muchos eventos multitudinarios donde comparte sus experiencias, siendo de inspiración a muchos jóvenes y adultos.
Esta semana estuve viendo varios de sus videos y grabaciones. Me parecieron geniales, es una persona pintoresca y espontánea.
De todo esto que leí y vi, pude sacar 5 consejos que nos servirán dentro y fuera de steemit.
Estos buenos consejos son:
1 Fortalece las relaciones: todas las personas con las que de alguna manera te relacionas son importantes, cuida esta relación y aliméntala con lazos de cooperación, respeto y amor.
2 Acciona en lo que eres realmente bueno: seguro tienes muchas cualidades y talentos que son tu gran fortaleza, si ya las tienes identificadas ponte en acción y usa este potencial en pro de tus metas y al servicio de los demás.
3 Sueña en GRANDE: No pongas límites a tus sueños, pon te en acción, ten mucha fe y poco a poco estarás más cerca de ver tus sueños realizados.
4 Disfruta más de las cosas importantes: Casi siempre son los pequeños detalles de la vida, disfruta el proceso, disfruta de tu familia, amigos y todo lo que hagas.
5 Se Agradecido: con cada una de las personas que de alguna manera te han tendido la mano, y te han apoyado en alguna circunstancia de tu vida:

Yeah!, success isn't easily achieved by everyone. That was Micheal Jordan's story. Everyone have a different story to tell. And that's why we all have to start working now.
Wow, I also love this, you are really a good content creators, I salute your efforts and confident. Keep the good work flowing man. Having read about Gary Vaynerchuck, I have learnt a lot of new innovations and initiative, for somebody like Gary vaynerchuck who brought his family business to limelight after a decade trying to make things work out really motivate me and he didn't even let the little success he have had gotten into his head. He tried several other things on his own, I concur that he is really a good man to follow. I summed out this things from what I have learnt from him, 1. don't back out easily 2. Always be patient for your time we surely come 3. Work tirelessly and never relent 4. Work while others are playing, don't let anything get in your way for achieving success you desire for.
