Let me show you a few poses that make up Four Step

Star

The flyer starts off in Star pose, balancing on the bases feet. The flyer keeps elbows bent at 90 degrees, this tripod position with the arms helps balance and distribute the weight.

The next step, the flyer bends the knee and allows the base to place his/her foot on the flyers shin.

Next, the flyer brings the free leg through and the base caughts the back of the flyers knee. The flyer then can bring his/her hips up to allow the base to step to the next position.

Back fly

The fourth step is a position called "back fly". Back fly can be a resting position and also a nice back bend stretch.

When combining all these poses together you get an awesome combination called Four Step.
