When there was no evidence against the app's reporting then there was no reason for it to disappear.. Sudden disruption of the service after an unfounded allegation makes me believe otherwise ....something was / is wrong at their end too!
You are right, I also believed there was an intentional attack, and the truth is. In addition, in Vietnam we are very difficult to access some websites, if you do not know how to bypass firewalls, you can never access them.
