Independent online air quality index monitor AirVisual said on Oct 9 its air quality monitoring app is available for download again in Vietnam after it suspended it in the face of a barrage of criticism from social media users.

App of air quality statistics "AirVisual" has become a hot focus for many people in recent days. The climax broke out when AirVisual suddenly disappeared on the app store in Vietnam market and could not find the Facebook fanpage.
Cause of this disruption
This is a decision from AirVisual itself after receiving a series of 1-star reviews from a segment of Vietnamese netizens.
The cause of the simultaneous attack, allegedly comes from the sharing line of a teacher named Vu Khac Ngoc quite famous on Facebook with 350,000 followers. In his personal opinion, AirVisual has many unreasonable, negative points, manipulating data to sell equipment. What is special is that he did not give any evidence for his assertion and appeal.
However, he apologized after AirVisual explained and had suggestions for suing from lawyers. Now he is being attacked by other people, even the application and website he cooperates with are attacked, the same attack that he suggested to do with the AirVisual app.
Especially, when I checked his profile, I really wanted to attack too. He isn't a supporter of the HongKong protest movement. There is one stt he can translate into : "Hong Kong people self-overthrowing their food". OH Turns out, he's a communist ..LOL.. :)

When there was no evidence against the app's reporting then there was no reason for it to disappear.. Sudden disruption of the service after an unfounded allegation makes me believe otherwise ....something was / is wrong at their end too!
You are right, I also believed there was an intentional attack, and the truth is. In addition, in Vietnam we are very difficult to access some websites, if you do not know how to bypass firewalls, you can never access them.
