I don't know if dismissed is the best outcome.
Weinstein should be found innocent.
And his accusers should be tried for false allegations.
I'd probably let him off on the Asia Argento thing because they had a several month relationship after the supposed rape. If you are the victim of a crime you don't date the person who committed the alleged crime after.
