Celery Alla Parmigiana | Vegetable Recipes | Jamie Oliver
The last of my food themed posts this week. I've mixed feelings about Jamie Oliver's recipes, sometimes they are a bit heavy-handed, but this was a great recipe for using up the celery that came in my organic box delivery. The secret ingredient is the fennel - I'm now an addict! I made it without the bacon and it was very tasty. Enjoy!

Does it still taste like celery? Cause I really don't like it and with tomato + parmesan it might be palatable ;)

But no offense to the recipe, which is lovely (and if I am honest, I can eat celery, I just don’t do it willingly)
I suppose, in a way ... but you can use the same recipe and replace the celery with another vegetable that you do like :)
I love this celery discussion, @shanibeer, @muscara and @neumannsalva... What I need to check is whether you're showing a single portion or a double portion :D
I think I ate all of it 😂 but it would have been enough to share with some nice home-made bread.
