Perfect Simple Ciabatta
As well as being a massive Leeds United fan, I love cooking. I don't do a lot of baking however, except for bread ! This simple recipe for Ciabatta from www.bakedbyanintrovert.com is definitely my favourite and I make this 2 or 3 times a month, depending on what I'm cooking for dinner. Please give it a try, it's easy and produces delicious results :-)

This looks good. I might try this one as a change (I usually make wholewheat bread).
@shanibeer Its quite easy although in the video, she makes it look a bit 'faffy' but it does taste very authentic. I wonder what would happen if you used half and half with a whole grain flour ?
