Issa Rae stuns in blue plunging maxi dress as she is honored with Video Person of the Year at 2019 Webby Awards
The winners were announced in late April, but were celebrated at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on Monday.
The 34-year-old writer-actress won one of the night's Special Achievement Awards, taking home the Webby Video Person of the Year.
