Looking at the developments is amazing. Initially, I though New Clark City would be in Clark, Pampanga, then I realized it would be in Capas, Tarlac. Hopefully, it will become a huge metropolis, and that Metro Manila would be decongested. It will provide more jobs and infrastructures. That would be healthy for the country's economy. New Clark City will be more seen through the upcoming Southeast Asian Games.
