The Making of My Bedroom Part 1 私の部屋のリフォームパート１

Ever since I was a little kid, I wanted to build my own bedroom. Now that I am an adult, I can actually make the room I want! The reason that I bought a fixer upper of a home is not to just save money but to make the house my own. I started the work on it with my own bedroom. This will be a 2 part picture series showing the progression of the build of my bedroom over the course of 6 years. I am still working on it today putting finishing touches to it. Its so close to being done!
私は子供の時から自分の部屋を自分の好きな用に作りたいと思っていました。今は大人なので自分の好きな部屋を実現できます！直すことが必要な家を買ったのはお金の節減の為だけではなくて、自分の好きな家にしたいという理由があります。最初に手を付けたのは自分のベッドルームです。これは６年間でどの様に部屋を作っていったかを紹介する２パート写真シリーズとなります。今でも部屋は完全には終わっていません。もう少しで終わりそうですが・・・（＾＾；

This is what the room looked like when I bought the house. It was actually split into 3 small sections.
家を購入した時、部屋はこんな感じでした。三つの小さいセクションに分かれていました。

Tearing Down the Walls and Putting in Some Insulation
壁を崩して防熱材を入れ始めて

A Chimney was Hidden inside the Wall. It took few weeks to knock it down with a hammer.
壁の中にレンガの煙突が隠れていました。これをハンマーで崩すのに数週間掛かりました。

防熱材の投入を終わらして壁作りの始め。
