I wasn't comparing the two, but as far as building codes or requirements, I didn't see many that were labeled as specific to ours. Usually the issues for mobile homes is 1. Lending to get one 2. Insurance to cover one... at least where we are, and what we know of things. :)
Those two things, lending and insurance, seem to be common problems pretty much everywhere in the U.S.
