This is a great perspective on the topic. I completely agree that most people don't pursue what they want, but instead tread the path of the majority. Hence, they are so unhappy and are always blaming their circumstances for lack of opportunities when they have chosen a path they are not passionate about! It's really a cycle, but many rather than settle for the somewhat guaranteed then work that little much harder, and dream that little bigger to have greater opportunities. And what you said about people being pushed to the education system is so right because through that, one's identity and dreams are crashed. It's like selling your soul!
