Welcome to PART 2 in my series for getting laid and becoming the best version of yourself. [Note: everything here is from my experience and my personal journey]

In order to get better with woman, and become a better person overall, the first thing you must understand is persistence. What I mean is:  

1. Discipline  
2. Discipline  
3. Discipline Following through  

On one hand, you have discipline like working out 3 times a week for 9 months straight - doing what you are suppose to do whether you like it or not. Exercise is an great example of this because, just like anything in life, it will take months just to see slight improvement. The same applies to "meeting women" or as I like to call it social freedom. If you want to be able to have lots of women, you have to get over your fear of being judged by others for you actions... And the only way to do that is with discipline in pushing your boundaries. It takes lots of discipline to be constantly steeping over your comfort zone - and just like muscles, it is something that is developed over time.  

On the other hand, you have discipline like not eating that extra piece of tasty chocolate - recognizing and controlling bad habits. For a healthy mind to function, you need a healthy body and that means cutting down on junk food that your body does not need. Also, in order to improve yourself you need to have time to actuality do it; instead of cutting down on sleep, you need to stop spending 4 hours a day watching YouTube/Netflix/TV (and I am not even going to mention gaming - that is a whole separate story that is coming up because I used to be an addict myself).  Ultimately, having a "healthy body/mind" and having the time to commit to yourself is something that will positively affect all other areas of your life and attract other positive people toward you.

Last but not least, you just got to follow through in life. The things that you will regret the most in life are the things you never followed through. I personally remember buying bitcoin when it was in the $200's in 2016 and then just backing out when I only made 10% profit. If I would have been a man, and held on to it like I really wanted to, I would have made 1000% profit when it hit $2000's in 2017 (or god knows how much in 2020). Same goes for women: I had countless times where I backed out half way, even though everything was going perfect, only to regret it later. If you want to do something, do it all the way.
