You are getting better and better. It is quite easy to follow you because the sound of who you are is right there in your post and it is real. Guided by head is usually a better choice but I my case guided by head would have been taking the child home and guided by heart would have been seeing my friend. However, I would have made the same decision as you. Some nations are more dangerous though, so one would need more logic. In some nation, taking the child around could also mean danger, so some people will consider taking the child to the police instead but in countries like that heart can also come in and make the decision heart and head and damning fears to do the right thing. In some cases too, Einstein may correct, some people may have their hearts working better. In real life though, head is better or a balance. I wonder why you friend didn't say 50/50!
