Many people believe the myth that eggs will rise cholesterol. But is it true? A research by British scientists proved that the egg cholesterol does not harm the body and there is no reason not to consume eggs.
After research of a group of volunteers who regularly consumed eggs was found that the eggs do not increase the cholesterol levels in the blood. So that the eggs did not cause an increase in the levels of cholesterol in the body. Only 1/3 of it enters the bloodstream.
It is also found that up to 300 mg cholesterol per day is the normal intake. In one an egg contains 211 mg cholesterol, but it is released only 1/3 (70 mg). This means that 2-3 eggs a day cannot hurt us. I hope the article was interesting.
