First time actually someone cares for my diet after long time. My daughter asked me to start yesterday
Mother care is forever.
But having daughter changes everything to better.
She decided to help me trim some weight from 270 lbs to 220 in few months.

hi @flysky. thank u for this challenge. I like it. I really like it. Yes, a daughter is always a blessing to her family, most specially to her father. I am the only girl in the family and I noticed how my idea means a lot to my father.
