Homemade Citrus Salad 🌿

Feeling fed up with the everyday sandwiches for lunch? Well then why not try this gourgous lighter healither opition instead?

All the ingredients you will need to make this at home-

1 hand full of kale (Washed and finely chopped)
1 red or orange grapefruit (cut into wedges)
1 small red onion( thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon of toasted pine nuts
Juice of half a lime
1 chopped up apple
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or balsamic
A zest if one orange to garnish
Handful of dried cranberries or saltananas
Half a pomegranate sprinkled on top of the salad to finish

This salad is a great opition if your wanting something quick and easy. You could even do what I do and make quite a lot so that it lasts a few days. Enjoy 🌱
