Lemon Diet

A lemon with water gives us about 50kcal, without protein, fat and without grams of carbohydrates. Then, by providing our body with that lemon with water we will not be giving our body what it needs, so it is absurd, our body will not have enough energy to function, or for our vital organs to continue to function. Nor is it scientifically proven that a lemon with fasting water or cinnamon or any of the other options benefits for fat loss.

This is very much like the miracle diets. In both cases the only thing we will achieve are short and long term health problems and have a rebound effect. So don't be foolish.

Don't pay attention to images or testimonies of people who say that by taking cinnamon you will lose weight, it is a total lie. If you've lost weight, it's not thanks to cinnamon or lemon or anything like that, for sure.

I think drinking lemon water does help people to lose weight but not because its a miracle. People who chiose to do this will probably cut down on drinking sugary drinks and have lemon water instead, which is of course a healthier option. So its just replacing a bad habbit with a better one. Im not so sold on the cinamon though, as im not an expert.
