DIETING IS FOR ALL OF US, FOLKS!
When you hear the word 'diet', what comes to your mind? Of course it's... "For fat people who wanna be sexy"
Well my dear folks, dieting is not just for the plus-size people (I apologize for my words), it is also for the petite ones (like me) and for all of us who needs or wants to improve their health.
Dieting is the practice of eating properly and on time, with proper rest to decrease, maintain or increase body weight. It involves physical exercise. You don't need to go to the gym and spend a lot of money. You can buy some machine for exercise (like this picture below; a five-minute shaper). Or you can do it at home! There a lot of videos about certain exercises in the internet.
It is not only about looking good but is also to maintain a stable body weight and to prevent diseases such as diabetes.
So if you wanna improve your physique and your health, go and have some diet. All you need to have is self-discipline. Healthy habits start now!
