How should healthy eating be? Dietary Recommendations
It is essential that we be fed when we are on a diet. Healthy eating also means balanced nutrition. It is recommended by experts that unilateral feeding is wrong and that protein, fat, carbohydrate balance should be established, which is the best way for our health.
WHAT SHOULD BE MADE TO GIVE LIVING WITH HEALTHY FEEDING ?
1- Do not use too much oil, salt, tomato paste in cooking.
2- Vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy products should be consumed in a balanced manner.
3- Products must be stored and stored properly.
4- Vegetables and fruits should be washed with plenty of water to make sure they are clean.
5- Attention should be paid to the expiry date of the products.
6- You should eat slowly.
7- Alongside the meals, plenty of salad must be consumed.

4- Choose exercises that will take your body like pilates, fitness, yoga.
5- Reduce the amount of salt and fat you add to the food. Prefer more vegetable oils.
6- Try to consume plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products.
Suggestions for men ;
1- For a faster working male metabolism, 5 servings of fruit daily meets your energy needs.
2- You need to choose lean meat and eat fish twice a week.
3- Increase your time to exercise and spore.
4- Eat your meals on time by taking breaks from your busy schedule.
5- Reduce sugary foods.
6- Provide your daily energy with dried fruits such as dried fruits, nuts, walnuts.
