Inflammatory Cattle

The practice of using @antibiotics in recent decades has caused the presence of antibiotic and acid-resistant strains of @bacteria that have entered the human food chain, with the serious consequences that are easily imaginable. In addiction to this, iIn a study conducted at the USDA and Clemson University, the researchers found that corn-fed beef is higher in omega-6 fatty acids that are known to be inflammatory and whose consumption linked to heart disease if compared with grass-fed beef wich contain useful and protective substances such as @beta-carotene, vitamin E, @omega-3, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), calcium, magnesium and potassium.
