This is just a beginners guide to calculating your macros for maintenance. 1g of Protein is 4 calories. 1g of Carbs is 4 calories. 1g of Fat is 9 calories. 1g Protein per pound of body weight. 25% of total calories for fat (25% total calories divided by 9 for fat in grams).
