Diabetic recipe Lemon-Lavender Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
1/2 container sans fat cream
2 teaspoons dried lavender
4 containers vanilla sans fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons finely destroyed lemon peel
1/2 container lemon juice
1/3 container nectar
Finely destroyed lemon peel (discretionary)
New lemon cuts
New lavender sprigs
Directions
In a little pot bring sans fat cream just to bubbling. Expel from warm; include dried lavender. Let stand 30 minutes.
In a substantial bowl consolidate yogurt, the 2 tablespoons lemon peel, the lemon juice, nectar, and the lavender blend. Cover and chill 60 minutes.
Stop chilled blend in a 2-quart frozen yogurt cooler as indicated by the maker's bearings. Serve on the double for a milder solidified yogurt. For a firmer blend, put in a sealed shut compartment; solidify 30 to an hour. On the off chance that coveted, embellish servings with extra lemon peel, lemon cuts or potentially new lavender sprigs.
