A suggestion to the Steemit developers: a tab of favorite posts
Have you ever here at Steemit had the feeling of finding a post so important and/or informative that you wanted to have an easy way to find it and come back to it later? If so, I am not alone.
And it is based on this need, which probably is not only mine, that I want to leave here the suggestion of letting the Steemit users to favorite posts. And once it is favorited it would go to a "favorites" tab.
Of course you can do this using your browser bookmarks, but it's not the same thing. First because you do not always use the same browser. And second it is not as practical and simple as favoriting a post and it is already organized in the correct tab of the site.
So that's it. Here is a valuable hint of a need that I'm sure is not just mine, and I hope it can be implemented. And I say more, it should even influence the rewards. The favorited posts should have their rewards increased by the system. Or at least just allow it to be favorited after it was upvoted first. After all it does not make much sense to favorite a post and do not upvote it.
Meanwhile, on @partiko android app you already have a favorites tab. The app is very advanced and I hope the developers keep researching better UI and improving the app. The favorites tab is indeed useful and I use it sometimes on Partiko but also do wish I had this on the full Steemit website

Good advice, I didn't know this. But anyways, it would be nice to have this functionality in the Steemit website too.

Great ideia! "Favorite posts", "Hilight posts" if people don't abuse it and consider all posts 'the best' could be a good place to keep the amazing posts
Yes and I hope someday somebody will implement this to the wesite, because for android we already have partiko.
