Great how you break down a cliché used too easily here on Steemit without people really stopping to think what "authentic" means.

The photo of the lady with the arms spread out to the sky reminded me of the Ah gesture in Eurythmy, since it was put under the word ICH - for which there is a more diagonally streched up/down gesture (for the I in Ich). You go on to show how being open and inviting in (AH) with wonder and interest for the rest of the world is essential to being authentic. Being me is not about being cramped up inside my own head. Often we only have second-hand stuff in that attic.

We are all these vowels in turn. (O=embrace; U channel; E= let two sides meet and cross): being me is to breathe in these ground moods and then add on and around the consonants for aspects.

You can't plan being authentic or train for it in a seminar! You have to live it, that's what makes (sporting) outdoor activies such great life experiences and practitioners of them (like yourself) such authentic people.
