Hallo Freunde,
und wieder einmal hat der gute @detlev zur gemütlichen Zusammenkunft in Aachen gerufen.
Da ich leider beim vorherigen MEETUP im Januar nicht beiwohnen konnte, hatte ich mir fest auf die Fahne geschrieben - sofern die Welt nicht untergehe - beim nächstmöglichen Treffen beizuwohnen. Nunja, sofern ich das heute Morgen beurteilen kann scheint die Welt aktuell noch nicht ins wanken gekommen zu sein - zumindest mal wettertechnisch gesehn :)
Nach Ankündigung meines Freund Patrick, dem Treffen ebenso beiwohnen zu wollen, und mit einer möglichen Teilnahme von unserem Ausnahmekünstler @shortcut bleibt mir quasi nix über als meine vier Buchstaben in Bewegung zu setzen. Und dies tue ich nun auch...
Kurz noch checken, wo ich denn überhaupt hin muss ... acchso, Aachen :)

Jau, freue mich schon riesig auf das Treffen und bin mitten in den Vorbereitungen für Essen und Getränke
war eine schöne, gemütlich Runde... vielen lieben Dank für die Organisation - auch an deine "bessere Hälfte", welche sich ja um´s leiblich Wohl für uns sorgte.
Ich fand es echt klasse, dass jeder direkt irgendwo einen Draht zueinander hatte, und vor allem auch gut miteinander ausgekommen sind.
Ich vergleich dass ganz gern mit einem Blind-Date... man kennt sich manchmal schon vorher - zumindest aus´m "net", aber dann passt einfach irgendwas nicht... nunja, war hier definitiv nicht so... zuumindest von meinem Empfinden her.
War echt toll euch alle kennenlernen zu dürfen

Es war eine super angenehme Runde und ich habe mich echt über jeden Einzelnen gefreut. Auf den Gin-Macher natürlich besonders.

ja, war richtig richtig gut.. @detlev hat alles super organisiert. Waren leider weniger Leute da, als erhofft, aber nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr cool und angenehme Runde.
ist mir leider zu Weit (bin aus Österreich), aber viel Spaß euch allen!!!! :-)
Dank Dir, @tradingfuchs. War eine echt tolle Runde... war selber auch nicht wirklich aus der Gegend, aber die relativ weite Anreise war es definitiv wert... gerade, da mna nun auch ein "Gesicht" zu den Leuten hat.

Ich muss für eine Klausur am Dienstag lernen und da kann ich nicht mal so nach Aachen fahren.

As already stated in my last offical update post I have not foudn the fitting design yet. I also replied in person to - almost - every entry in person.
This week was really busy for me as I am having to run a business too so could not post as much as I would have loved to.
As a matter of fact there was still not entry which blew my mind and nailed it right away. This being said your logo has not won either. However, please feel ree to hand in another entry or keep working on your design.
The contest is still going on and I will give you guys an update post tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

With all the respect, you are not the only one with a bussines and I can understand that. But, also I was in a lot of contest and I know what's happens in such situations. I will stepback from the contest. Good luck with the contest!

I feel sorry for your stapping back from the contest. I believe I am having a very open communication on what is happening and going on. At no point in time I have been judeging someone of how he has done its design or why he handed in an entry which was not suitable. In such cases I gave feedback to users so they might adjust or re-do their designs.
I had no intention uppseting you with my posts or comments whatsoever. However I very much question that a completly unknown person such as you know how I should be running my business. I doubt that from the bottom of my heart and will always be questioning that.
Just putting you in the picture how I feel about the comment you made here:
You are saying you don´t give a shit about peoples work. You fuck off what they are doing in real life.
If I would meet up a peson like this face to fact I would tell them to get lost straight away no matter good their skill/ work may be.
... and with all dear respect to the design you have handed in I would at this point reject your entry and rather spend the SBD to some kind of charity then giving it to you.
That is how I feel minding other peoples business.
I do apologise for being rude and emotional on this matter and may not have used appropriate language but I will not let stand this comment of yours alike.

I Can it's not the same thing with I can't .... Maybe you will understand better ad you will stop to trow words on me. You are not the only human being with a bussines and I can understand that could be diffficult and time consuming. I just announced you that I want to leave the contest.
PS: It's free and easy to be rude and inpolite. If you don't know the difference between can and can't it's not my fault.
... seriously buddy - this whole discussing here will not end well for neither off us. One may have not correctly read the other one maybe used the languag not quite correctly and therefore it´s been misinterpreted.
Anyways, this is not helping either of us. I do apologize to you for having been rude and impolite to you. I hope we may leave it that way and can still speak in normal way to one another.
