After the excavator hit the cable it was detected, luckily it was not cut! Then the worker called the emergency team from the city works and they shut down the power for the time the cable was fixed.
If the cable was cut by the excavator then the automatic shut down of power will have shut down the power for a lot of houses. (picture 5 shows the cable)
