Barkeeping - Cocktails 5
Servus Steemians,
Es ist wieder an der Zeit, den Tag mit einem Cocktail oder Drink ausklingen zu lassen. Heute stelle ich euch wieder 2 Cocktails vor die sehr erfrischend und süffig sind.
Alligator:
- 4 cl Weißer Rum
- 2 cl Pfirsich Likör
- 2 cl Blue Curacao
- 6 cl Oragensaft
Bis auf den Blue Curacao die oben genannten Zutaten in einen Shaker geben und mit viel Eis für 15 – 20 Sekunden gut shaken. Danach die Mischung in ein Longdringals mit Eis füllen und den Blue Curacoa über einen Löffel in das Glas beifügen. Der Blue Curacao wird sich im Glas am Boden absetzen was einen tollen optischen Effekt haben wird. Zum Genießen mit dem Strohhalm umrühren und genießen.
Three Miller:
- 4 cl Cognac
- 4 cl Roter Wermuth
- Spritzer Champagner oder Sekt
Das Sektglas vorher mit Eiswürfel oder im Kühlschrank vorkühlen. Die Ingredienzen in den Shaker fügen und mit Eis gut shaken. Danach nur noch die Mischung in das vogekühlte Glas füllen und genießen.
