Ich muss mir immer bewusst machen, dass ich selbst wähle, auf was ich wie reagiere, wie ich also etwas interpretiere.
Diese Interpretationen kann ich dann in Verbindung zu meinem „Platz“ bringen, womit ich dann erkennen kann, welchen „Platz“ ich möchte und welche Aktionen es bedarf, dorthin zu kommen.
Mache dir bewusst, dass du selbst wählst, auf was du wie reagierst, wie du also etwas interpretierst.
