Heute hat der @germansailor wieder mal selbst gekocht. - Einen ober leckeren Sonntagsbraten.

Heut, am Abend konnte ich dann meine liebe Sabine zum Essen auf Terassien einladen. Es gab geschmorte Lamhaxe an Gemüse-Schaum-Sauce und Rosenkohl. Dazu habe ich einen leichten Bordeaux gereicht.

Das war wieder mal ein Beitrag aus meiner Reihe Ich liebe es mit Wein zu kochen...
