#8 Faszination U-Bahn-Station

Heute möchte ich euch die Station St.-Quirin-Platz vorstellen. Die Station wurde am wurde am 8. November 1997 Eröffnet. Sie ist architektonisch einzigartig da sich eine Glaskuppel über die Mitte des Bahnhofs spannt. Die Hintergleiswände bestehen aus rau belassenen und unbehandelten Bohrpfählen. Dort sieht man auch rötliche Verfärbungen. Die Decke über dem Bahnsteig ist mit reflektierenden Aluminiumpaneelen ausgestattet, um eine großzügige Raumwirkung zu ermöglichen.
