Steem Power und Voting % verständnis Frage!
Hallo Steemians. Ich habe eine Frage zum Voting und % Einstellungen. Es gibt ja die Möglichkeit, beim upvote die % Zahl einzustellen. Bisher dachte ich, das geht erst ab einer steem power über 150. Davon bin ich ja noch weit weit entfernt. 0,7 SP und 14,3 delegiert. Jetzt hab ich aber ein paar gesehen, die mit z.B. 10 eigene SP und 5 SP delegiert schon 10 % gegeben haben. Das sind ja auch unter 150 SP. Wie geht das?
