Auch heute moechte ich beim Thema 'Essen und Getraenke'bleiben. Ich moechte euch gern auf eine kleine kulinarische Reise mitnehmen und die geheimnisvolle Welt der asiatischen Kueche vorstellen. Das Essen in Asien ist sehr vielfaeltig, manchmal exotisch, gewuerzreich, suess, sauer, scharf, aber auch leicht und erfrischend. Verschiedene Regionen oder eigentlich jedes Land hat seine eigenen Spezialitaeten. Das heutige ist aus Malaysia und aus der Sparte der Nudelgerichte. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn:

The food in Asia is diverse, at times exotic and can be described as full of spices, sweet, sour, spicy, but also light and refreshing. Every region or more so, every country has its own speciality. Today's dish is from Malaysia and belongs to the family of noodle dishes. To make a long story short:

Fischkuchen/fishcake
Fischkuchen ist eine Mischung aus geriebenen Fisch und Kartoffel.

gekochtes Ei/boiled egg

Bohnen/beans

Bohnensprossen/beansprouts

Chillisosse/chilli sambal
Fuer alle denen die Currysosse noch nicht scharf genug ist.
