Don't mix your fruits with your vegetables or your proteins with starches as this will cause fermentation.

Simply said "you don't really want to put a fast digestive food on top of a slow one".

Note: Fermentation will invite the fungal family.

Detoxing the body takes time as you are detoxing it at the cellular level.
And as you do, you'll be working back revisiting and reversing all your passed damages.

There are a few methods to detox the body.
Some methods are slower than others.
Some methods take dedication and mental endurance.

For example, a long fresh Juice fast.

It is said that the level of detox that one can archive in 3 years on a raw living food diet, that same one can archive the same results in the space of a few month on a long fresh juice fast.

A Grape fast also archives fast and effective results (black organic seeded grapes are known to be the best).
You could either eat them as they are or juice them.

People have experience amazing results just from eating nothing but grapes for a month.

Note: A grape fast is aggressive and with that can produce unpleasant aggressive cleansing effect.

Fruits are the cleansers.
Top quality ripe organic fruits grown in rich soil are the best.
However if the quality of the fruit is poor than a vegetable meal (fruitveg, leafy greens) or a vegetable juice (depending on detox) as the last meal of the day is recommended as to composite for the lack of mineral and nutrients found in poor quality fruits.

Herbs.
The use of Herbs is highly recommended with any type of detox.

Example: fruits amongst its other properties help to lose trapped toxins however, what good is this if your organs of elimination are too damaged to filter the waste out?
This is where the herbs play the role.

Note: Herbs play an important part to any type of detox.

The 4 processes

Digestion:
It starts in the month, so chew your liquids and drink you solids "Mix that saliva".

Absorption:
This mainly happens in the large and small intestines, though however most people’s intestines are impacted with mucoid plaque which blocks nutritional components of our foods from being adequately absorbed into the body.

Note: Mucoid plaque is old built up waste produced from eating the wrong foods.

Note: if one struggles to fully absorb the energy gain from foods, chances are that they too are also struggling to fully absorb the energy gain from the breath and sun.

Acidic fruits are effective in this area. A long fresh juice fast is even more effective in this area.

"You don't want to be putting new things in, when you haven't yet eliminated the old things out".

As the saying goes "You don't add new wine to an old barrel".

Note: Not having to digest solid foods for a temporary basis would not only stop adding to the mucoid plaque problem but would also give the body a chance to flush it out.

Utilization:

The Glands regulates the utilization process.

For example:
A compromised parathyroid that isn't producing parathormone which allows the body to utilize the calcium,
will result in the calcium being eliminated with the waste with had having no benefit to the body.
This could lead to depression and tissue weakness as the body fights the acids with the calcium from the tissues.

Note: Whatever you don't use, you essentially lose.

Note: Help support, strengthen and repair weak and damaged Glands with herbs.

Elimination:

Bowel movements.

It is important to get bowel movements each day.
A healthy person would get in average 3 bowel movements a day.
A person on a fresh juice fast should get at least one bowel movement a day.

Note: if struggling to have bowel movements consider doing a colonic or an enema.

Kidney filtration.

Key: you need to get those kidneys filtering.

Note: your kidneys are meant to filter out lymphatic waste (cellular waste)

Note: you should see sediment in your urine (regardless of colour).

Note: not seeing sediment in your urine is a key indicator that your kidneys aren't filtering.

Herbs help with getting your kidneys to filter.

Dry fasting also helps with getting your kidneys to filter.

!!WARNING!! Not breaking a fast correctly can be dangerous.

Breathing.
Take deep breaths in and out.

Skin.
Your skin acts as the body third kidney.
Help the skin push out toxins by sweating them out and by stimulating the lymph flow.
-Move the body
-Hot/cold showers
-Sauna
-Skin brushing
-Deep breathing
-Stretching
-Messages

In Summary:
The 4 Processes running smoothly is key for the body to function cleanly and efficiently.
When it is not running clean and efficient, we begin to build up waste.
And this happening will result in the 4 processes to become compromised.
And as they do our quality of life starts to go downhill.

Personal note:
It's good to know how something really works instead of how you would like it to work.
You don't have to follow any of the above however, if you do find yourself in a spot of budder, knowing how things work can be really helpful.

Personal note:
I myself would like to think that the level of fermentation that takes place in combining fruits with fruitveg or leafy greens isn't as great as for example eating watermelon straight after eating oatmeal.
Though however, it is worth considering for those who are suffering with fungal issues.
