Dessert
One of my favourite desserts: Tiramisu!
First time home made dessert turns out to be delicious.
Very easy to make. Next time is working on the presentation :)
Recipe:
- ladyfingers/graham crackers
- coffee
- mascarpone
- cream
Make coffee as you would usually drink it, sugar added.
Put it in a bowl and let it cool down.
Meanwhile mix cream with sugar untill it's stiff.
Add mascarpone. Optional: add sweet condensed milk.
Start the presentation:
Thin layer of the cream/mascarpone mixture.
Dunk the ladyfingers in coffee about 1-2 seconds. It soaks up the coffee quickly.
If you use graham crackers you can leave it in the coffee longer untill it's totally soaked.
Keep switching layering cream and ladyfingers. Cream should be on top. Then finish it with cocoa powder and voila!
Keep cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes and enjoy! :D
