This is a 1930's Depression era bedroom set by the Hillenbrand Co. Batesville IN.
This was an era of very ornate furniture with lots of lines, carvings, veneer and different woods. It also was an era of great design and storage. Note all the drawers and cabinet areas that promote optimum storage. Form and function.
This bedroom set is a fine example of the furniture craftsmanship in the day.
Quality constructed and crafted with dovetail drawers and fine secondary woods. Solid.
