Sort:  

For me I was slowly decrease the number of cups per day, then once in 2-3 days, one in a week and then I started to feel that I am more alive without a coffee at all :)

I even had headache if didn't drink a cup of black coffee when I wake up. Terrible.
Now I also try to lower the times and also the ratio of water:instant coffee, hope it will go back to the right track and being a coffee taste lover only, not a addicted one :)

Same with me! Headache after few rounds of coffee days :) It is toxic! :)
