Finance the songs
With our ICO, the general public can fund the creation of songs and music videos of their favorite artists. The ICO will fund approximately 40-50 songs when the maximum limit is reached. Our Soft Cap will cover the costs of the first song and music video.
Profit sharing
Dench Music's ICO is innovative and completely legal. Investors will receive a return of up to a 30% share of the profits (directly proportional to the amount of ETH invested) through an Investment Agreement. Profit sharing will be distributed on a quarterly basis over a period of 6 years.
Free MIC Tokens
Participants also receive free MIC tokens that can be exchanged on our Blockchain-managed Dench Music Retail Platform for benefits and opportunities that are offered exclusively to chip holders.

Objective
DenchMusic aims to raise EUR 35 million in ETH through this ICO. The ceiling is EUR 500,000 which will cover the approximate costs of a project. The more we increase, the more songs and videos will be created, which will result in a greater distribution of profits for investors. The exchange rate that will estimate the final number of ETHs to be increased will be established two days before the start of the White List sale. As we are already an established company, DenchMusic does not need funds to build any infrastructure. The capital raised will be used in its entirety to cover songwriting expenses and marketing related costs to optimize the profitability of DenchMusic's investors and artists. DenchMusic anticipates funding to cover the direct costs of approximately 40-50 projects, depending on the artists and related marketing efforts.
