This post is set to inform minnows in the Steemit platform about a solution that @partiko is offering to everybody both partiko users and non partiko users.@partiko is giving away 15 steem to partiko users and non partiko users to help engage them more in the Steemit community and in their various community projects.This will aid new comers in the blockchain with the rc issues.
Note:This delegation is valid for users below 100 steem power.
How to enter the delegation.
To enter the delgation you have to follow these simple steps.

For non partiko users

- make your first post in partiko.the heading must include the following format "my fist post using partiko"

For users with 100steem power

- Refer a new user to partiko.
The new users first post must contain the username of the referer.
How long will the delegation last
The delegation will last as long as the partiko user remains active in partiko,this involves doing the following at least each day:
- Make a post.
- make a comment.
- Upvote contents in partiko.
