Here is another dive into the wilileaks archive wikileaks.org and did a reserach about the illegal use of the US Military under the Obama Administration in Libya and the inconclusiveness of the US Congress.

On three different occasions, the Us has failed to plan the aftermath of war declared to topple any government. It was seen in the case against the Taliban in Afghanistan, the will of Bush to topple the government of Saddam Hussein and then came Obama without congressional authorization made use of the US military against the Government forces led by Gadhafi.

Obama did not only disregard the Congress as no form of legal backing was given to this. This shown there are Iron fist rulers in the world, as a result of this. This lead to different congresses being held and motion set in place for voting but it was clearly seen that the US Congress don't want to get themselves involved in the war in Libya but still refused to approve the defunding measure of the military activities in Libya in support of their allies NATO majorly France and Britain.

The funding bill got a rejection from the congress especially from the Republicans and Progressive Democrats and sees it as everything that the US is against and not starting a war through the back door and not the front said Michael Shank

To this note, a bipartisan group of lawmaker had to sue the Obama administration for illegally using the US forces without authorization from the congress and this is clearly against the 1973 War Power Act. The court was asked to move against this illicit act of the administration as this create illegal policies and kill the Democratic system in the country where due process will be neglected.

One thing was not clear about the stand of the congress, the Proposal of Kucinich as shut down, the proposal which requires the Obama administration to withdraw the America Military from Libya in 15 days unless being provided with the Congress Authorization. Then the Congress moved to tell the administration to provide a justification for the ongoing Libya strike at the last minute. This clearly shown that the Congress were very skeptical and choose to stay in between the line.

The US military were carrying out different airstrikes in government targeted stronghold and Tripoli the Libyan capital. The US took the lead in the fight against Gadhafi and the only excuse to go into this was to save the citizens and opposition from the government forces but ends up toppling the government, After taking the initial air strikes and guarded munition to it destination then took a back sit and have France and Britain take over the fight. NATO distributed arms to the oppositions and rebels in the fight against the Libyan government while providing air cover for the rebels.

Long after the war in Libya, was the war totally won? As ISIS and other groups has seen this as an opportune to seize territories. What is NATO contribution to put Libya back to it peaceful state during the Gadhafi. Having given the rebels now turned terrorist these weapons
