Call to Action - Entry to the @bigdeej Contest - Support the Cause

In honor of Thanksgiving and in the spirit of giving @bigdeej is running a contest .
They're looking for a Worthy Cause or Steemian.

Suggestion of charity was made for they are helping those who really need it, and can make a world of difference!

I have found a worthy cause -

Support Internally Displaced Persons from the War in Cameroon

There is a a civil war going on in Cameroon

Some of the Impacts of This War as reported by @thegreens

-Millions of English speaking Cameroonians are in need of humanitarian assistance
-More than 500,000 English speaking Cameroonians have been displaced as a result of this war with more than 100,000 of them being refugees in Nigeria
-Thousands of people have already died as a result of the 2 years crisis
-The material and financial damages of the war is worth billions of CFAF
-A big xenophobic rift is widening as a result of the crisis

Time to take action before the situation gets worse!

Their goal is to raise 635SBD to support these people to have the most important needs of life which are food, medicine, education and a comfortable staying place.

Some members of @thegreens, members of Bamenda III Cameroon National Youth Council and members of Hope Foundation Cameroon, had gone to visit and assess Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Bamenda, the North West Region of Cameroon, and are planning another visit 17th of November 2018 to bring supplies and give support.

It is a very worthy cause which asks very little but can make a big difference to those internally displaced people.
