2018: Your Year to Get Out of Debt #debtfreeme
The holidays are over. You spent more than you should. You know it’s time to do something about your debt, but you aren’t sure where to start. If you’re tired of the burden of debt, it’s time to do something about it. This is where you can start.
The first thing you need to do is audit your situation. Before you set any goals, you need to know where you are. Once you know where you are, you know how far it is to where you want/need to go, and can chart a course to get there.
Your first assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to account for every penny over at least a 30 day period. Keep every single receipt, track every single penny. How much money comes in? How much money goes out” Where does the money come from? Where does the money go to?
At the end of 30 days, you should have an idea of how much money you have to work with, and where you have money being wasted. You will need this information for your plan, and success.
A while back I put up some YouTube videos from people who have been walking out the journey you are about to embark on. You can watch the videos and in the posts I highlight the things they mentioned as part of their success. They all had to audit their situation at the start, just like you.
