After connecting India VPN go to the YouTube website or YouTube app and click on your account and press membership and the price should be in rupees and you can choose either family or normal membership.
After purchasing YouTube Premium disconnect your VPN and go back to your membership and you will see that the monthly payments will be in rupees and will be saving £90.
