How often to post ?

in dcooperation •  7 days ago

I'm learning more and more about social networks.

I want to know what is the optimal frequency of posting in steem blockchain.

I talked about the best way to do so in the video. Watch to know.

In in the end I will feature @theycallmedan, he is really motivational and always inspire with his videos.

Thanks for watching.

See you in my next video. ☺

I will be glad to make videos with you. Just join our discord and pm me there. Thanks for your interest.

i think posting one time a day is a good number that will be easy to do for everybody xD

i plan to start posting my gaming videos and photos soon .0.

do you play slither.io !? owo

·

Cool, I will be happy to see your videos. ☺ No, I didn't play slither.io , is it a game built on steem ?

I try to post once a day. I would like to get to the point where I always post once a day. But even though I do miss a day here and there I always curate and comment. I don't think I ever miss a day of that. I pretty much curate all day long. :D

·

We always can have something to post. A picture, some thoughts. I think anything is good to post to keep steem blockchain active. We are like a blood here, without us there is no life. ☺

·
·

Yes this is very true Clix!

@theycallmedan is definitely one of the finest content creators I know around, very smart, humble and funny too, his videos are very long, but you hardly notice that they're long because he's got you so glued to the video with smart talks.
Brilliant video @clixmoney I'm also watching the frequency of my post, I prefer to reach a whole lot of people with my video

·

In the video I talked about the solution. Maybe you will like it. You will have more followers that way and you will reach more people. I had that idea for a long time, but @steemcafe when he visited me home, he told me the same and now I will try to do that again. Steem blockchain should be active I think.

·
·

Yeah I did see, definitely grateful for all your contributions, you're really doing a wonderful job, I mostly post once in a day too

Thanks a lot for present us another vital issue though I am at office, I am not in a position to watch this video but I will check it after reaching my home.
By the way I am creating only one vlog on dtube community, one hunt on steemhunt, one photo on dlike as per part of #Daily5.

·

Very good, that's what I was talking about, we can use a few apps in one day, one video, one picture, one article and it will be just ausome to reach all the audiance we have.

Best time to post is when you have high-quality original content to contribute.

·

Cool 😎

This is a very hard question for me.

In my eyes, it's optimal to post 2 posts per day. One in the morning and one in the evening/late night. That way you can share your content to people from different time zones.

Now, here comes my problem... I am a big supporter of STEEM Blockchain and dapps based on it. So, I want to use those dapps to support them and to promote them outside of our blockchain. But, that means that I will need to have more posts per day.

I don't like it but the only reason I'm doing it is to promote STEEM Blockchain. That's my main goal here and every activity I do has that motivation behind it.

That's why you can see me posting more post in a day. I'm currently supporting @vimm, @ongame, @dtube and also I am writing posts on Steemit every couple of days. I am thinking about using @actifit but I will need to see how that will look like.

Have a great day man!

·

Thanks for the great comment. I just learned about @ongame , I will take a look at it more, it's interesting to explor a new app built on steem blockchain. ☺

·
·

@ongame is brand new and it's looking great. It will help a lot in spreading out the word of STEEM all over other gaming platforms.

I try to make one video a day for DTube. No more posts I do, I just don't have enough time to do all this.
But I have enough of what I'm doing now).
Thank you for interesting question!

·

Yeah, I also think that once video is enough. Thanks for the reply. ☺

I try to post once a day mostly but sometimes I skip....

and about videos I try to post them twice or thrice a week..

·

Nice to know. ☺

Hmm! Honestly, my issue isnt getting one post in every day, it's getting one post in at a reasonable time when people will be around to view it.

I got work on weekends and school In weekdays, and I got very rarely, OCCASIONALLY one person irl who wants me go give their time to them (gross. Jk lol) so I am often forced to post at like, midnight my time when everyone from the most populous area is asleep.

The benefit though that i think is really cool is i get to meet people from the other sides of the world, and honestly that's kinda refreshing. Only thing is they dont come in the biggest volume, so.

I'm gonna maybe make my videos and hold off on posting them until different times, to experiment. I cant resteem my content, that would be weird, me I dont like asking people to resteem my stuff because ideally, they should resteem because they want to actually share what I made, because they find it valuable.

Just try to post often and people will find you anyway, because posting it's not only thing to grow, that's why I have series of questions, everything matters.

The frequency is whatever you can spare without steem consuming you. And whatever you can afford. New users can post 1 post per 2 days or so...

Yeah, we have to save our time as well.

Yeah that is a tricky question.
I think it depends mainly on the time and the specific weekday and your desired target audience - like you mentioned. I think you already know the mass of statistics when the most activity is on the blockchain :)

Followers will not miss your content when they are engaging and scrolling through their feed - but the not following people could live in a different timezone and miss your content. - > That is where the resteem is coming in the game :)

But yeah - I personally have not the time to post more than one time a day these busy days. So I am posting when the content is finished and don't care about the time and how many people I will reach.

But I think a lot of videos out there are not the best quality the creator could achieve. Most of them are just onetakers without any plan (I dont mean your here. You thought about the topic before recording ^^).
I think a lot of creators should focus on better quality in story/recording/editing to reach more people by the quality and not quantity.

But thanks for bringing up this topic :)

·

Who is talking about videos ? I'm talking about posting in steem blockchain. We don't have only dtube here. We have dsound, activite, esteem, busy.org and other apps.

·
·

You can change the word "video" with the word "post" in my comment :)

·
·
·

You can use smaller letters in the end. :)

·
·
·
·

you can not show me more that you don't care about my comment

·
·
·
·
·

I care man, it's just a feedback. My eyes hurt when I see big letters. That's it. I knew that some people will not understand the video. I wasn't talking about videos, I was talking about posting generally in steem blockchain. Stop being rude. Thanks for your comment !

·
·
·
·
·

In the end we are a family like @nathanmars saying. So take care !

·
·
·
·
·
·

take care for what? lol

because @nathanmars is saying that we are "family" - you think I am polite to every comment just because of this? No man..

I was commenting a big text and the only thing you was saying is - I should use smaller letters. come on. who is rude? You dont aprreciate every single minute of my comment - just because I was thinking you are talking about videos.. lol

You should step dowen from your horse and think about the feelings of others.

I struggle with trying to create the best, but ’short and sweet’ video that I can. So this can lead to delays of several days between uploads. But I am working on it.

What you don’t want is to slip into irrelevancy, so no later than a week or so between episodes. But every few days or so can build up anticipation for the next video.
