Good video Bob! I'm a better writer than a performer. I suck at improve. It is because of my tics. You'll see if I am successful Zooming with you and Sam someday. I'm not in a position to be making videos or else I'd be making more. I find vloging or just writing rants therapeutic like you said. We vlog because we have something to say. vloging for nothing is a waste.
I'm probably still a month to a couple months away. However even though I'm not set up for it, considering Dean Clifford is trying to organize a Zoom meeting on his site, possibly sooner. I'm looking at headsets online I can order I just haven't found one cheap enough yet.

Should I try?" but I am a stay at home mum, not my sphere of thought to share those vlog. And I sometimes thought my vlog will be boring 'coz it is not steem_related but only my life, mom's life, my cooking and any random happening. But now I know that I shouldnt be doing a vlog just because I know Steemians will love to hear. Coz if I vlog on steem stuff I might mess it up. Lol. Like seriously mess it up. I can't share steem but I can share how I steam chicken drumsticks, some Asian cuisine?
If you vlog about what you know, and what you're passionate about, you can't go wrong, because it will be quality, for someone with the same interests. Speak from the heart, the heart doesn't lie 💚

You brought up a good point brotherhood! You should talk about something that brings value to the person or at least to the steem blockchain. These dtube snaps aren’t really a good approach for some if they are just doing it for the money.
Exactly! There’s so many videos that are just babbling or boring that usually isn’t edited or shot well. I know everyone needs to start somewhere, but that’s not the way.
Totally agree on the not uploading if your not happy with it, I regularly shot vlog stuff & then just delete it if I think it’s a bunch of shit.
Snaps are an easy way to spread a message and nothing more or less.
If we don't have a message or somethng funny/interesting/entertaining to provide we should not record a video.
I see a lot of this examples but I think there is a learning curve coming up soon. Because we can be successful without a message - we are not thinking about raising the quality..
Thanks Tibby. You raise an interesting point. Quality though, comes in many forms. Quality of recording, quality of content, quality of delivery, just to name some. Obviously people have to start somewhere, but there needs to at least be a point.

I believe curation trail suck and give a lot of false upvotes and low engagement. People want to make quick money and sometimes is better not saying anything and not upoad the video.

As long as it has a purpose, quality in production is an ongoing process for all of us. Quality of content, we all have 100% control over :)
