And if it makes you feel any better, i usually wake up around 9 or 10 AM LOL (that's of course after my baby girl wakes me up at 7 for her kindergarten, then back to sleep again), so your 7:30 is actually quite good
hehe thanks for the encouragement! I do try my best to get on the mat by 7:30 but some of the classes are a little longer in this challenge so trying to allow for extra time for that! Will get there...eventually! <3
