Diese Woche möchte ich ein Lied von der Pioniere der deutschen elektronischen Musik vorstellen. Diese sind Florian Schneider und Ralf Hütter, die besser bekannt sind als Kraftwerk. Kraftwerk wurde 1969 gegründet und hatte verschiedene Mitglieder Veränderungen bis zum heutigen Tag. Das Lied Das Model stammte aus dem Jahr 1978, wo Wolfgang Flür und Karl Bartos auch Mitglieder der Band waren.
This week I want to introduce a song from the pioneers of German electronic music. These are Florian Schneider and Ralf Hütter, who are better known as Kraftwerk. Kraftwerk was founded in 1969 and had various members changes to this day. The song Das Model came from 1978, where Wolfgang Flür and Karl Bartos were also members of the band.

Erwähnenswert ist, ist das die englische Version The Model 21 Wochen in England in den Charts war und sich auch auf Platz 1 befand war und die deutsche in Deutschland nur den 7ten Platz erreichte und auf war nur 20 Wochen in den Charts anwesend. In den Beitrag kann man beide finden.
Worth mentioning is that the English version The Model was 21 weeks in the UK charts and achieved also the top spot and the German in Germany reached only the 7th spote and was only 20 weeks in the charts present. In this post you can find both.

Das bekannteste Cover ist der von Rammstein und nennt sich Das Modell mit zwei L am Ende. Das Lied wurde nur einmal in einem Konzert gespielt von Rammstein und das am 23 Oktober 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
The most famous cover is that of Rammstein and is called Das Modell with two L at the end. The song was played only once in a concert by Rammstein on October 23, 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Die letzte Cover Version die ich vorstellen möchte ist die von Bălănescu Quartet. Die Band ist bekannt geworden durch die eigene Interpretation von vielen der Kraftwerk Lieder.

Es wäre zumindest viel ärmer gewesen. Kraftwerk hat eine neue Richtung der Musik geöffnet. :)
Ein absoluter Klassiker und Meilenstein in der Geschichte elektronischer Musik.

Ist einer meiner Lieblingslieder von den uralten Elektronische Musik. Die Covern finde ich auch sehr gut. Vielleicht kommt ein Steemit Open Mic Cover von @jedigeiss demnächst ;)
Man bedenke nur, mit welchem Aufwand damals Kraftwerk Ihre Musik produziert haben? :-) Ein echter Klassiker!
Das habe ich mir auch gedacht, alles war so neu zu dem Zeitpunkt. Mehr als 80% der Welt hatte nicht durchgehend Strom und die erfinden so was gutes. :)
Das stimmt und Kraftwerk selber hat damals Unmengen von Strom verbraucht! Die alte Studiotechnik halt :-) Wünsche Dir ein schönes WE!

Yep, Kraftwerk! Such a great team and musicians! I really like the classical cover of the Model! Never heard that one.
That band specialised in covering Kraftwerk songs to classical versions. It is amazing. I always love to see different ways to interpret music.
