Aha! I strangely was always able to do the splits without much trouble, I can imagine for people much stiffer it would hurt quite a bit tho! Thanks for checking it out!

I don't know the biological reason behind it, but I think it's a lil' easier for women. I'm a Martial Artist, and we have to stretch a lot to be able to kick higher and spend less energy doing it. My stretching goal is to be able to easily perform Van-Damme splits. :D
