Steak on bone - FOODphotography Discovery!
In China you tend to discover a lot of hidden gems and that is the same with food on this trip!
We ventured out of Guangzhou and entered into Dongshan and within this industrial and factoried laid city, we found this excellent steak on bone which was cooked to perfection!
This massive dish was served with black pepper and also had a side of fruit salad. The meat was soft and juicy and the texture was soft and chewy at the same time. It was very enjoyable and very pleasant to have discovered this hidden gem in the heart of an industrial town.
